Acceptance and agreement to the Terms
By accessing and using the Visit Albania Now website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users and any other person who accesses or uses our services. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Our services
Visit Albania Now offers an online platform for discovering and booking tours, transportation and tourism experiences in Albania. Our services include:
• Tour and activity reservations • Transportation ticket reservations • Travel information and recommendations • Customer support for booked services
We act as an intermediary between travelers and local tour operators, transportation providers and other service providers. While we strive to ensure the quality of all listed services, the actual tours and experiences are provided by independent third-party operators.
Booking and Payments
When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into an agreement with both Visit Albania Now and the relevant service provider. All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR), unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms: • Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified • We accept major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers • All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems
Confirmation: • You will receive a booking confirmation via email within 24 hours • E-tickets and vouchers will be sent to your registered email address • Please check all booking details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect
Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service booked: Standard Tours: •Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided the tour date is more than 7 days away. •Refunds may be subject only to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by banks, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers. •No refunds available after the free cancellation period.
Transportation Services: •Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. •Refunds may be subject only to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by banks, Stripe, PayPal or other payment providers. •No refunds available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.
Special Circumstances: •If a service is cancelled by the operator due to weather or safety concerns, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. •No refunds will be issued for no-show passengers. •We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.
Accountability
As a user of our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations • Be on time at the meeting points, as specified in the booking confirmation • Follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides and operators • Respect local customs, laws and the natural environment • Not engage in illegal or harmful activities during tours
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid identification documents, visas and any required permits. Visit Albania Now is not responsible for problems arising from missing or incorrect documentation
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visit Albania Now will not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, reputation or other intangible losses • Damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services • Any conduct or content of third parties on our platform
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Intellectual property
All content on the Visit Albania Now website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video and software, is the property of Visit Albania Now or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content • Use our trademarks or logos without express written permission • Use scraping, data mining or automated systems to access our platform User-submitted content, such as reviews and photos, remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute this content in connection with our services.
Dispute resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint about our services:
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of the incident
Provide all relevant booking details and documentation
We will review the case and respond to you within 14 business days
If we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may pursue mediation or arbitration procedures in accordance with Albanian law. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
